RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS FOR STREET ILPRO r.'::=r STRICT 0.537•
;Whereas, the commissioners of street improvement district
No. 537 have taken an oath of office, and thereafter Made
their report that they had organized and have formed plans for the
improvement, and have ascertained the costs of improvement, exclu-
sive of interest, in said district, which costs amount to less
than 40% of the value of real property in the district as shown
i by the last county assessment.
Whereas, R. H. Field, J. C. Soenksen and E. B. Parker, all
assessors
duly qualified electors have been reconniended as/s6i1las for
said street improvement district No. 537. .
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the council of the city
of Little Rock, Arkansas, that R. H. Field, J. C. Soenksen and
A. B. Parker, be, and the same are hereby elected as assessors
for said improvement district No. 537 , and that they
take the oath of office as assessors and that they are hereby
authorized to assess the benefits to be received by each lot or
other sub-division of land within the district.
