WHEREAS, Dr. B. iN. Rhinehart, member of the
Board of Commissioners of Street Improvement District
No. 504 has filed his resignation, and
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy in said Board;
and
WHEREAS, C. H. Richter is a well-known resident
and property owner in said district.
NOW, THEREFORE, ac, IT RESOLVED, that C. H. Richter
be, and he is hereby appointed as a member of the Board
of Improvement of Street Improvement District No. 504,
and upon his execution and filing of his Oath of Office
with the City Clerk, shall be a member of said Board of
Improvement.
