RESOLUTION DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF SALE OF MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BONDS
II: THE AMOUNT OF $50,000.00 TO PAY PART OF
THE COST OF PURCHASING A SITE FOR AND CON-
STRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT OF MUTNICIPAL AUDITORIUM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas :
Section 10 That the Mayor and Clerk of this City be
required to publish in some newspaper published in the City of
Little Rock and having a bona fide circulation therein, the
following Notice, which shall be published once a week until
the date fixed for the sale, the first publication to be at
least twenty days before said date .
NOTICE OF BOND SATE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and
City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
at a meeting of the said Council in the Council
Chamber at eight o'clock P . M. on the 49th day of
January, 1939, will offer for sale for cash at
public sale Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars
of bonds of the said City issued for the purpose
of paying part of the cost of purchasing a site
for and construction and equipment of a Municipal
Auditorium. Said bonds are dated February 1st,
1937, bear interest at the rate of Four per centum
per annum, payable semi-annually, on August 1st
and February 1st in each year, and mature on
August 1st each year as follows :
1966 23,OOO.00
1967 27,000.00
The City will furnish the printed bonds and
reserves the right to reject any and all bids .
