A RESOLUTION OVERRULI1vG AND DISREGARDING ALL OBJECTIONS,
i'ROTESTa, AND SUGGESTIONS OFFERED TO TriE COUNCIL
FOR- k1NhULMENT, CHANGE OR REVISION OF ORDINANCE
NO. 5273 OR TIM TERMS TiaREOF, AND AUTHORIGING
THE CITY TO PROCEED TO FULFILL THE TERMS OF SAID
ORDINANCE AS DRAWN AND ADOPTED YNITHOUT REVISION
OR CHANGE IN ANY MANNER.
WHEREAS, The City Council of t:n.e pity of Little
Rock, Arkansas, did adopt Ordinance l ,4o. 5273, by the terms
of widch it did authorize the issuance of revenue bonds to
secure fund-- for the construction of a reservoir, dam and
pipe line for a nevv water supply for the city of Little Rock,
Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, after the adoption of such ordinance
proper and legal notice of the passage of same v.-as given for
the time and in the manner required by law; and
V�H`EREAS, the City Council of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, has this aay heard all objections and sug-
gestions with reference to the - ;provisions of said ordinance
and the issuance of revenue bonds therein provided for; and
WHEhEA.S, it is the consensus of opinion of this
council that said objections and suggestions so offered at
such hearing should be overruled and disregarded by theCoun-

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0Y' T a CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
That the City Council of Little hock, Arkansas,
overrule and disregard all objections,protests, and suggest-
ions offered to the Council for annulment, change or revision
o' said ordinance or the terms thereon"', and that the City pro-

adopted without revision or change i::,, any m ner.
