711HERE,AS, the proposed project with reference to the open-
ing of the 25th Street right of way is in such shape that in order
to facilitate and expedite this project certain acts in regard to
acquiring necessary right of way and other similar matters need to
be attended to; and
FHEREAS, these details should be taken care of with the•
least possible delay:

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C(-'7 "CIL OF THE CITY of LI�'TLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
That the :.ayor is hereby directed and empowered to take
all necessary action with reference to all matters arising in con-
nection 9vith the said proposed 25th Street project.
