AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $16,650.00 TO PAY R. G. HELBRON FOR HIS
SERVICES AND EXPF NSES AS FISCAL AGENT FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $16,650.00, or as much thereof as
may be necessary, be, and the same is hereby, appropriated out of
any sums of money, now, or which may hereafter be, in the City
Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be expended by the Board
of Public Affairs of the City of Little Rock in paying R. G. Helbron
for his services and expenses as fiscal agent of the City of Little
Rock.
Section 2. Said fund, or such portion thereof as may be neces-
sary, shall be expended or held in escrow or otherwise by said board
or agency selected by them, in such manner as may be best to insure
the carrying out of the contract of this city with the said R. G.
Helbron.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
