ADVANCED 1rI01TEY TO THE ACCOUNT OF THE AUTOMOBI -LE FUND, AND FOR OTl E'-,R
PURPOSES.
3E IT ORDIIYED BY THE CITY COUyiCI;, OF THE CITY OF '.I'TTIZ ROOK:
Section 1. That the sum of 025,000.00, or as much thereof as may
be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the General
Revenue fund not otherwise appropriated to reimburse or refund to those
departments. or department heads who have advanced, out of their respective
department funds, money to the Automobile fund or have paid street repair
or street construction bills, in relienee upon being repaid out of said
fund when collection was trade for the credit of said Automobile fund
from Road Improvement District TTo. 1 of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Section 2. The 1!,Iayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to draw such warrants as may be necessary, or take su --h other
action as may be necessary, to transfer such portion of said x;;25,000.00
as it may require to reimburse said departments or department heads for
department funds advanced to said Automobile fund or paid for street re-
pair or street construction work.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, end this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
