ORDINANCE 110. 2727.
An ordinance laying off certain portion of the City of
l;.ttle Rock_, Arkans2s, into a Street Improvement District and desig-
ngting the boundaries thereof, said district to b known as "Curb,
Gutter and Plumbing Improvement District TTo . �i---- - -T' .
IHEPIAS, more than ten owners of real property ;lithin the
portion of the City of Little Roc Y hereinafter set forth have peti-
tioned the City Council of the City of little Rock, Arkansas, to take
steps toward the makin of local improvements therein by draining,
curbing, guttering and doing the necessary plumbing with such irater-
ials and in such manner as the commissioners of said district shall
determine to be for the best interests or the district, the following
streets:
State Street and Izard Street, respectively, from the
north property line of :Test 27th Street to the north
property line of `'Test 30th Street.
Gaines Street from the south property line of 'Test
28th Street to the north property line of ''lest 30th
Street. - - --
,`est 27th and Nest 28th Streets, res- _jectively, from
the east property line of Izard Street to the west
property line of arch Street, except those street
intersections that are already paved.
=P,RFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the City
of Little Rock, &rkansas;
Curb Gutter and Plumbing
Section 1: That % Improvement District Ido. �-_--- of
the City of Little Roch, Lrkansas, be and the same is hereby created
and established for.the purpose of- mml.ing local improvements therein
by draining, curbing, guttering and doing the necessary plumbing with
such materials and in such manner as the commissioners of said district
shall determine to be for the best interests of the district, the fol-
lowing streets:.
State Street and Izard Street, respectively, from the
north property line of :lest 27th Street to the north
property line of Test 30th Street.

Gaines Street from the south property line of West

(lest 27th and 'nest 28th Streets, respectively, from
the east property line of Izard Street to the crest
property line of Arch Street, except those street
intersections that are already paved,
all in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance with the Act
of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas, entitled, ".&n. Act
ents in Cities of the First Class ", approved
to regulate Local Improvem
March 22, x.881 and amendments thereto. That the boundaries of said
district shall include the following property:
Lots 4,5,6,7,8 and 9 of Blocks 2,15 and 18;
Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,10,11 and 12 of Bloc: 4;
Lots 1 2 3 4,5 and 6 of Block 5;
Lots 7,8,9,10 11 and 12 of Blocks 28,29 and 30;
And all of Blocks 3,12,13,14,199 20 and 21 all in
yimball's South Park Addition to the City of
' Little Rock, Fulaski County, Arkansas.
Section 2: That all ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage, and the City clerk is hereby ordered wi.tli-
in 20 days of the passage of this ordinance to publish the same in
some newspaper published in the City of Little Rock for one insertion.
