AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A C.LMAIN PORTION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AMINSAS, INTO A LOCAL DuPROVZENT DISTRICT AND DESIG}
NATING THE BOUNDS TFLMOF, SAID DSITRICT TO BE KNOW AS" CURB, GUTTER
AND STOIC SZUR DISTRICT No.2 9 9 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCKS ARKANSAS,"
MMRE,aS, more than ten owners of real property within the
bounds herein mentioned have petitioned the City Council of the City of
Little .Rock, Arkansas, to take steps %coking toward the making of local
improvements therein by constructing curbs and gutters on each side of
the following named streets, to —wit;
Woodlawn Avenue from Prospect Avenue to Beech Street and
from Palm Street to Van Buren Street;
F Street from Palm Street to Jackson Street and from
Jackson Street to Van Buren Street;
G Street from bpruce Street to Van Buren Street;
H Street from Prospect Avenue to Harrison Street;
I Street from Prospect Avenue to, Harrison Street; and
from Beech Street to Jackson Street;
J Street from Prospect Avenue to Harrison Street;
K Street from Beech Street to Prospect Avenue and
from Prospect Avenue to Harrison Street;
Kenyon Street from Palm Street to Monroe Street;
Elm Street from Lee Avenue to IVoodlawn Avenue;
Beech Street from Woodlawn Avenue to 2rospect Avenue and
from Prospect Avenue to K Street;
Palm Street from Prospect Avenue to North Lookout Avenue;
Spruce Street from Lee Avenue to Prospect Avenue and
from Prospect Avenue to North Lookout Avenue;
Monroe Street from Lee Avenue to Prospect Avenue and
from Prospect Avenue to North Lookout Avenue;
Jackson Street from Lee Avenue to Prospect avenue and
from Prospect Avenue to K Street;
Van Buren Street fran Lee Avenue to Prospect Avenue,and
Harrison Street from the South property line of H Street to
the North property line of K Street#
and by constructing storm sewers in said district where the commissioners
( to be hereafter seclected) may deem them necessary; the work to be
done of such material as the commissioners may deem best.

Section 1. That 't Curb, Gutter and Stmrm Sewer District
No.* Zj of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,"be and the same here-
by is created, laid out and established for the purpose of constructing
curbs and gutters on each side of the following named streets, to -wit;
Woodlawa Avenue from Prospect Avenue to Beech Street and
from Palm Street to Van Buren Street;
F Street from Palm Street to Jackson Street and
from Jackson Street to Van Buren Street.
G Street from Spruce Street to Van Buren Street;
H Street from Prospect Avernie to Harrison Street;
I Street from Prospect Avenue to Harrison Street and
from Beech Street ::o Jackson Street;
J Street from Prospect Avenue to Harrison Street;
K Street from Beech Street to Prospect Avenue and
from Prospect Avenue to Harrison Street;
Kenyon Street from Palm Street to Monroe Street;
Elm Street from Lee Avenue to Woodlawn Avenue;
Beech Street from Woodlawn Avenue to Prospect Avenue and
from Prospect Avenue to K Street;
Palm Street from Prospect Avenue to North Lookout Avenue;
Spruce Street from Lee Avenue to Prospect Avenue and
from Prospect Avenue to North Lookout Avenue;
Monroe Street from Lee Avenue to Prospect Avenue and
from Prospect Airenue to North Lookout Avenue;
Jackson Street from Lee Avenue to Prospect Avenue and
from Prospect Avenue to K Street;
Van Buren Street from Lee Avenue to Prospect Avenue, and
Harrison Street from the South property line of H Street to
the North property line of K Street; and by constructing
storm sewers in said District where said commissioners shall deem them
necessary( the work to be of such material as the commissioners may
deem best), in accordance with an Act of the General Assembly of the State
of Arkansas entitled, " An Act To Regulate The Uanner Of Assessing
Real Property For Local Improvements In Cities Of The First and Second
Class," approved March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto.
Section 2. That the District hereby created, laid out and
established shall include that portion of the City of Little Rock,
described as follows, to -wit;

take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication;
and the City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the passage
of this ordinance to publish same in some newspaper of general circulation
