ORDIMUCE NO. 2753.
Pn ordinance assessing the value of the benefits to
be recei•rec?. by the owners of each of the several blacks, lots
and parcels of lama within Street Improvement District No .288
of the City of Little Rock, "rkansas.

situated within Street Improvers -int ` is trict No.288 of the City
of Little flock, r".rkansas, organ ized for the purpose of making
local imlirovements therein by doing the necessary draining and
paving with asphaltic conerete,bitulithic asphalt,sheet asp�ialt
or with such other Materials and in such manner as the commission-
ers of said listrict shall determine to be for the best interests
of the district,the street set out in their petition,hs.ve peti-
tioned the City Council of Little Rock for the- constr.uctinn of
said improvement and that the cost thereof shall be assesses upon
the real property within said district according; to benefits
received; and
