ORDINANCE NO. 22756.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF `8000.00, OR SO MUCH
THEREOF AS Y1AY BE NECESSARY, TO PAY 1HE COMMERCIAL TRUST
0014PANY FOR MONEY ADVANCED TO LEET THE CITY PAR-ROLLS,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERZ TO EXECUTE
TIME WARRALT THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of 98000.,)0, or as much
thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated, out of any
money in the city treasury not otherwise expended, to pay the
Commercial. gust Company of Little Rock, Arkansas, for moneys
advanced the City of .Little Rock to meet certain pay - rolls, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized fnd directed to
execute the City's warrant therefor, making said warrant paya-
ble on or before January 15, 1921.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
Ishall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
