AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS UPOiu 19TH
AND 20TH STREETS FROM GAIT17"S TO CHESTER STREETS, AND 2OR OTHER
PURPOSES.

Section 1. The owner or owners of any and all
property abutting upon each side of Nineteenth and 'Twentieth
:streets from Gaines Street to .hester titreet be, and they are
hereby, required to construct and maintain :sidewalks and curb-
ing along such property abutting such streets, within sixty
(60) days from date hereof, of such dimentions and of such
materials as are now specified by ;ity Ordinance.

ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be
fined in any sum not less than :;15.00 or more than X50.00 and
each day of such failure shall be deemed a separate offense'.

conflict herewith is hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force from and after its passage.
