ORDINI!NCE NO. 2784.
An Ordinance Permitting the Construction of Four -Foot 'Sidewalks
in front of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 62, Pulaski
Heights Addition to the City of Little Rocs >,
and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAIN ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0_J" TH CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. Permission is hereby granted to K. E. N.
Cole to lay, in front of -Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, in
Block 62, Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock,
sidewalks of a width of only four feet, said walks, however,
to comply in all other respects except i,ridth with the present
city; ordinances.
Section 2. This ordinance shall in no wise repeal or.
affect the present sidewalk construction ordinance, except in
so far as they relate to the particular property above 6e-
scribed, and above permission granted solely on account of
local conditions in that neighborhood.
Section 3• This ordinance shall tame effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
