ORDINANCE- NO.
An Ordinance Fixir�g the Salary of the Judge and. Clerks of the
Little Rock Municipal Court, and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. From and after April 15, 1921, the salary of
the Judge of the 'Municipal Court of the City of Little Rock shall
be X3,000.00 per year, payable in monthly installments of X250.00,
at the time and in the manner other city officials and employees
are paid.
Section 2. Effective April 1, 1921, the annual salary
of the Clerk of each division of the Little Rock I4iunicipal Court
shall be 1950.00, payable in monthly installments of x`162.50, at
the time and in the manner in which other city officials and em-
ployees are paid.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
