STREET AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIMED BY TIC: CITY COUIWIL OF THE CI'iY OF LITTLL ;OGK:
Section 1. The sum of 03946.25, or as much thereof as may be
necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the city
treasury not ptherwise appropriated for the purpose of repairing
West 1,11arkham atreet from *ka Main Street to Victory atreet and
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute and deliver the City's warrant for said sum or as much
thereof as may be necessary to properly make said repairs.
Section 2. All ordinancesand parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed and this ordiriancT shall be in full force on and
after its passage.
