An Ordinance Appropriating the Sum. of °1700.0O, or as much thereof
as may be necessary, f or the Purchase of Mules for the Street
Department, and. for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED B�' T'll CI`!'Y COUNCIL OF TH CITY OF LITTUF1, ROCI":
Section 1. The sum of 1700.00, or as much thereof -.s may
be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in* the Street
or Auto funds, for the purpose of purchasing six rules for ti-,o use
of the Street Department, and the -Idayor and City Clerk are hereby au-
thorized and directed to draw the City'.s warrant for said sum, payable
out of said funds, with such maturities as may in their discretion
seem proper.
Section u. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shcall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
