A.n Ordinance Appropriating the Sum of ',5000 to Street. Improvement
District TTo. 288, and for other purposes.
BE IT 0- DAIT1iM BY THTE CITY COUNCIL OF T H-:. CITY OI' LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The sum of 4'5000 is hereby appropriated out of
any money in the �ti fund- not otherwise
approwc,�.ated , for the purpose of assisting in the pavement of ':lest
Seventh Street, and the 1.19yor and Cit,,� Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to draur the City's warrant for said sum, payable to
Street Improvement District No. 288 of the City of Little Rock, or
the cor:missioners thereof, the maturity of said. warrant to be such
as shall seem, in the discretion of the "ayor and City Clerk, for
the best interests of the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and_ this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
