AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING THr: CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR -TOOT
S IDMALKS IN FRONT OF AND ADJACENT TO LOTS 4, 5 and 6, BLOCK 35,
PULASKI HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND

Section 1. Permission is hereby granted to W. H. Keeton
to construct in front of -Toots Pu ots 4, 6 and 6 B ock 3 , . ski Heigh

Addition to the City of Little Roek�, sidewalks of four feet in width;
provided, however, that said walks shall be constructed in every other
respect in accordance with the general ordinances of the City of Little
Rock governing the construction of sidewalks, and no part of said or-
din %aces is hereby amended or repealed, except as affecting the width
of sidewalks in front of the above described property.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
feet from and after its passage. ,
