;BIER AS, The owners of all the property in Block

175, City of Little :lock, have opened streets thru said block
and desire to name said streets, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The street opened east and west
thru Block 175, City of Little Rock, be, and the same is hereby,
named Grand Court Avenue,and the street opened north and south
thru said block is hereby named Raine Avenue.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage.
