Where6s,, There have been presented to this council warrants
of the City of Little Rock, as follows:
Warrants numbered:
33571 to 33590 inclusive, 33593 to 3364-inclusive,
33616 to 33619 inclusive, 33623 to 33634 inclusive,
33637 to 33646 inclusive, 33657 to 33680 inclusive,
33686 to 33700 inclusive, 33702 to 33712 inclusive,
33714 to 33729 inclusive, 33733 to 33750 inclusive,
all of said warrants drawn uron July 25th, 1920, in favor of R.
G. Helbron, of Little Rock, Arkansas, each being for the sum of
one Thousand Doll-rs 0,1000.00) , and all of said warrants ip^.turing
July 25th, 1921; and,
'. "hereas, the holders of said warrants have requbsted their
reissue to R.G.Helbron, of Little Rock, Arkansas, but ?payable to
bearer; and,
l"Thereas, this council has carefully investigated the validity
and the amount of the indebtedness for which each of said warrants
was issued; and,
Whereas, this council has ascertained that the said warrants
are the legal and binding obligations of the City of I;ittle Rock;
Now, Therefore, It is hereby ascertained and declarel. that
said warrants are valid and existing obligations of said city, and;
therefore:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS::
Section 1. That said warrants, hereinbefore described, shall
be filed with the city clerk and by him plainly canceled by per-
foration and kept in his file, and that in lieu thereof, the City
of Little Rock, b- mayor and city clerk, as president and clerk

of the city council issue to the said R.G. Helbron Warrants of the

city of Little Rock to the amount of $152,000.00, in renewal there-
of. Said warrants shall be made payable to the bearer at the
Union Trust Company, in the City of Chicago, Illinois, _-,arch
25th, 1922, and they shall have all the attributes of negotiable
paper. Said warrants shall be in the denomination of 0'1000.00 ,
each.
Section 2. Said warrants shall be in the following form:

CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.

thereof , and that it is not open to question at law or in equity,
