AN ORDINANCE AIENDING BUILDING CODE TO PEPMIT
J. J. RALEY TO CONSTRUCT A :SHEET METAL GARAGE AT
2120 MAIN STREET, AND FOR OTTER PURPOSES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City
of Little Rock:
Section 1. The build ing code of the City of
Little Rock is hereby amen(' ed in order to grant
permission to J.J.Raley to erect upon lot 8, block
428, of DuVal's Addition to the City of Little Rock
(2120 Main Street) a sheet metal garage, no portion
of which shall be constructed of wood except the frame
work, and this permission being hereby granted shall
in no wise amend said code in any other respect nor
as to any other lot except the one specifically des-
cribed above.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passao.-e.
