BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C XNCI L OF THE CITY CF
LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 876 of the "ity of Little
Rock entitled, "An Ordinance granting a right -of -way over
certain streets of the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, to the
Little Rock Traction & Electric Company, for the construction,

operation and maintenance of a street railway system be
ea-nen ded as follows:
That the Little Rock Railway & Electric Company, the
assignees of the Little Rock Traction & Electric Company
may build and ma inta in the pavement between its rails and
two feet on each outside thereof along Park -venue from its
intersection with 'thirteenth Street south to its intersection
Street
with Sixteent.�J of concrete duo correspond with the pavement
built and now maintained by it on Park Avenue between Elventh
and 'Thirteenth Streets.
Section 2. Said Company shall be allowed to use in its
tracks between the intersectionSof thirteenth and sixteenth
Streets a suitable rail, known as tr.e standard seventy pound.
"T" rail.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and aft ®r its passage, upon its acceptance by the
Little Hock Raily ay & Electric Company, to be duly endorsed
on the margin of this ordinance, or the record thereof, by
,he duly authorized office`Cof said company, and all ordinances
and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same

are hereby repealed,
