ORDINANCE NO. 2850.

An ordinance laying off certtin portions of the city
of Little Rock, Arkansas, into a street improvement district and
designating the boundaries thereof, said district to be known as
"Street Improvement District No. 307 ."
'Vhereas, mores than ten owners of real property within
the portion of the city of Little Rock hereinafter set forth have
petitioned the City Council of the city of Little Rock, Arkansas,
to take steps toward the making of local im- nrovements therein by
grading, curbing, guttering and paving with concrete , asphaltic
concrete, sheet asphalt, or with such other materials and in such
manner as the commissioners of said district shall determine to
be for the best interests of the district, the following streets:
Ringo Street from the South property line of crest
Twenty - fourth Street to the North -property line of West Tvienty-
eighth Street.

West Twenty- eighth Street from the � =est property line
of Izard Ftreet to the West property line of Ringo Street.
Therefote, Be It Ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Section 1. That Street Improvement District No.307
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby
created and established for the purpose of making local improve-
ments therein by grading, curbing, guttering and paving with con -
Crete, asphaltic concrete, sheet asphalt, or with such other ma-
terials and in such manner as the commissioners of said district
shall determine to be for the best interests of the district, the
following streets:
Ringo Street from the South property line of ',':est
Twenty- fourth Street to the North property line of Vest Twenty-
eighth Street; and west Twenty- eighth Street from the r.;est proper-
ty line of Izard Street to the Test property line of Ringo Street.

all in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance v:ith the
Act of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas, elititled
"An act to regulate local improvements in cities of the first
class," approved I;arch 22nd., 1881, and the amendments thereto.
That the boundaries of said district shall include the following
property:
Lots 1,2,3,13,14,15,16,17 and 18 of Block 10; and
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, C, 7, 8, and 9 of Block 11; all in Ivat
Northen's Addition to the City of Little Rock.
Lots 4,5, and 6, of Block 3;
Lots 1,2, and 3, of Block 4;
Lots 1,2,3,10,11 and 12, of Block 5; -
Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9, of Block 6;
Lots 1,2,3, 10, 11 and 12, of Block 7;
The Viest Half(,N*) of Block 8; and
Lots 7,8,9,10,11 and 12, of BlockS9,10 and 11;
All in Crawford's Iddition to the City of Little 'Rock.
Lots 10,11 and 1 ", of Block 29; and,
Lots 7,8, and 9, of Block 30;
All in Kimball's South Park Addition to the City of
Little Rock.
`"ection 2. That all ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, and the city clerk is hereby
ordered within twenty days after the passage of this ordinance
to publish the same in some newspaper published in the City of
Little ?ock for one insertion.
