AN ORDINANCE.NO. 28532.
An ordinance granting permission to erect wooden
awnings over the sidewalks in certain portions of the City
and for other purposes.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock:
.Section 1. Permission is hereby granted to the following per-
sons to erect wooden awnings over the sidewalks at the following
addresses:
H. S. Turner._ at S. W. Corner of Fifteenth and Oak Sts,
W. E. Harrington' 2117 East Sixth St. , '
W. E. Harrington at 2317 East Sixth St.' and
.A? B? Poe at 2400 Wright Ave.,
Said awnings shall be erected under the supervision of the City
Engineer and subject to his approval.
Section 2. .111 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed only, however, in so far as they con-
flict with the erection of said awnings 4t the above named adresses
and in no other manner, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
