Ordinance No. 2553.
An ordinance appropriating the sum of $2500.00 to take care of
certain drainagecosts in Street Improvement District
No.274 of the City of Little Rock,AArkansas and for other
purposes.
Whereas; Street Improvement District No.274 of Little Rock will
make certain drainage improvements that other wise the flity of
Little Rock itslef would have to make,that will result in a saving
of more than $2500.00 to the City of Little Rock,now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Sectio4 1. The sum of $2500.00 is hereby appropriated out of any
moneys in the
;general
fund not otherwise appropri-
ated,for the purpose of assisting Street Improvement District No.
274 in making the drainage of the streets in said district; and
the mayor and city clerk are hereby a ut4orized and directed to draw
the City's warrant theref or,in such denominations and with such
dates of maturity as i4 their discretion may seem best.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and thisxzxAJ3K= ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
