From and after the passage of this ordinance, I the judge of the i:Iunicipal Court, in discretion, upon the cony viction of any rotor vehicle owner, or of any chauffeur, or auto- mobile driver, for violation of any city ordinance or state lao, mpy revoke the license of such motor vehicle owner, or chauffeur, or driver. rrovided, however, this ordinance shall apply only to motor vehicle owners, or chauffeurs, or drivers, owning, or oper- ating, or driving the' or- vehicles_fo "hi`re upon the streets of the City of Little -. Section 2. From and after the passage of this ordinance, the judge of the ;:iunicipal Court, in his discretion, upon the con- viction of any motor vehicle owner, or any chauffeur, or a.utorr.o- bile driver, for violation of any city ordinance or state law, may, in addition to revoking the license of such oziner, chauffeur or driver, as set forth in Section !To. 1 of this ordinance, also revoke the license of an;,- person, firm or corporation owning, driving' -•or operating their motor vehicles for hire upon the streets of the City of Little Rock who shall permit others to use or of e c- ate such motor vehicles for the commission of any unlawful acts, or in connection with, or incidental to, any act or series of acts 1.TLich coxistitute violations of any city ordinance or state or federal law. Section 3. The oriner of any such motor vehicle, or chauf- feur, or automobile driver, whose license shall have been A c • _I t f r revoked under the preceding section by the 1-- unicipal Court, may prosecute his appeal from the act of the i.:unicipal Judge in re- voking such license to the rolice Committee of the City Council, before t%l.ich committee he shall have a full hearing, and the ac- tion of the Taunicipal Judge shall be either affirmed, modified or reversed by such committee. Section 4. Any such motor vehicle owner, or chauffeur, or driver, operating a motor ve'ricle for hire upon the streets of Little Roch after the revocation of such license by the I.1unicipal �I Judge, unless same shall have been modified or reversed by the rolice Committee, and any person., firm or cor,t; oration employing or permitting any such chauffeur or driver to operate a motor ve- hicle upon the streets of Little Rock, Shall be guilty olf a nis- i! demeanor and shall be fined in any sun. not less than '25.00 nor more than $100.00. - Section 5.
