Section 1. The privilege is hereby granted to '. B.
orthen Company to construct, upon Lot 6, Block 7, East Pulaski
eights 1'.ddition to the City of Little Rock, a septic tanL of
ufficient size to accommodate all sewage from the residence and
other buildings rahich may be placed thereupon, said septic tank
to be built and maintained in a sanitary condition for the entire
period of its existence, construction thereof to be under the
supervision of the City Engineer and the Health Officer of the
Cit7T of Litt?.e Zock.

Section 2. If at any tire said. septic tank shall be-
come in such insanitary condition that it shall become a nuisance
or a menace to the health of the neighborhood, the Ci.tT7 reserves
the right to clean and repair said tan«, and cost t'r.ereof shall
be assessed against said lot.
Section 3. all ordinances t nd parts of ordinances in
conflict here-,�,ith are hereby repealed only in so far as to permit
the erection of said tank upon the particizlar property above le-
scribed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
