BE IT ORDAINED BY T—,E CI`i'Y COUNIL OF 11111 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of ',")'1100.00, or as much thereof
j as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in
the General fund, for the purpose of paying
�I. k. Copeland for eight mules heretofore purchased_ for the use of
the Garbage Department, and the i.:&yor and City Clem~ are hereby �
�< authorized and directed to .draw the City's warrant for s,:id sum,
or such portion thereof as may be necessary,
payable out of said fund, making the maturit-, of said warrant at
such date as in their discretion may seer., to the best interests of l
