BE IT ORDAINED 3Y THE CITY COUTTCIL Or THE CITY CF

Sec.l. The sm- of three hundred and fifty dollars
or as much trereof as may be necessary is hereby appronrlated
out of any moneys in the general revenue fund not o thery ^rise
ex?0ended for the purpose of )urchf7sinC a new motorcycle for the
Police Department, or assisting in the -,urchase th�:reof, in
addition to trading or selling one of the old motorcycles of that
department, and the Nayor and City Clerh are hereby authorized
and directed to draw the City's warrant therefor,naming Fuch
maturity therein -as m_, in their di3cretion seem best.
Sec.2. All ordinances -nd parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, ind this o r,"Itnance
shall be in fu full force and effect from and after its passage.
