Line of ?Forest Park; and Requiring all Persons, Firms or

A Point Within the 11ew Curb Limits as
Herein Defined, and for other
purposes.
Whereas, The Commissioners of Pulaski .load Improvement
District iq-o. 10 are now ready to proceed with the work of paving
Prospect Avenue; and,
Whereas, it is deemed advisable to widen and improve the
driveway of said avenue, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAIiyED BY THE CITY COUlgCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCr_:
Section 1. That the width of the driveway of Prospect
Avenue from Lee Avenue to the west line of Forest Park shall be
forty -two feet from curb to curb.
Section 2. That the curb on the right -hand side of said
Prospect Avenue going out from the city proper, in order to widen
the driveway upon said street, ak&14be moved back: towards the
property line a distance of six feet; that the curb ors the left
and opposite side of said Prospect Avenue going out from the city
proper, in order to further widen the driveway upon said street,
4 be moved back towards the property line a distance of four
feet -
Section 3. That all persons, firms or'.corporations liav-
ing poles, hydrants and other obstructions between the new curb -,
lines upon said street as herein defined be and they are hereby
required to, within days from th-o- dr -te of the passage

remove and re -set all of their said poles,
hydrants or other obstructions so that they shall be placed just
back of said ner�,, curb line and off of said driveway.
Section 4. That curb corners shall be placed at
all intersecting streets, using adequate radii for same to fully
care for motor traffic.
Section 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
