An Ordinance Regulating the Parking of Motor Vehicles for Hire
Upon the Streets of Little Kock, Repealing Ordinance 11o.2878,
Passed November 7, 1921, and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Sec pion 1. From and after January 1, 1922, it shall be
unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park any taxicab,
jitney bus or motor vehicle of any description, operated for hire,
upon any of the streets, alleys or public ways in the City of
Little Rock, except for the purpose of loading or unloading pas-
sengers, and the time of such parking for such purpose shall in
each case be limited to a period of 1 b minutes.
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating any
of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and, upon conviction, sh 11 be fined in any sum not

less than or more than d� .
Section 3. Ordinance Iio . 2878, passed November 7, 1921,
and all other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall 'take effect and
be in force from and after January 1, 1922.
