An Ordinance xpprorriating the Sum of $644.76, or as.much thereof
as may be necessary, to ray The Texas Company for 140 barrels
of Asphalt Heretofore Purchased for the Street Department
and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TFE CITY 01 LIT ^LE ROC K
Section 1. That the sum of 0644.76, or as much there
of as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any moneys

in the fund,/for the purpose of paying
The Texas Company for 140 barrels of asphalt purchased for the
use of the Street Department; and the 11 .7or and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directe -1 to draw the City's warrant for
said sure:, or such portion thereof as may bd necessary, payable I
oat of said fund, making the maturity of said warrant at sucli datd
as in their discretion may seem to the best interests of the ci.ty.�
Section 2. fill ordinances snd parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby resealed, anq this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
