Section 1. That Sever District TTo. 87 of ti:e City of
Little .ock be and the sst::e is hereby created, laid out and
established, for the purrose of constructing a syster.: of se�r;ers
to be located and constructed in the places and it the manner and
of the materials that the cor_.missior-ers for said district shall
deem or the best interests of said iistrict; conditioned, 10177-
ever, that said improvement may equal but shall not exceed in
cost forty ;per cent of the value of the real property in said.. its-

Cection 2. The district hereby created, laid out End

Addition t o the City of Little mock, Pul��ski County, Arkansas,
and Block, 1 of French �`.dditioi to the City of Little �OCi:, Pulas-
ki County, _'rl:ansas.

Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict rerewith are hereby resealed, rind this ordinance shall
ta:e effect and be in force from and after its passage; and the
City= Cler . is hereby instructed, wit't -in twenty days from. the date
of the passage of this ordinance, to publish the s:.m.e in some
newspaper of general circulation in The Ci.t," of Little =lock, Arl
anisas , for one insertion. "
