Section 1. That the sup: of 19.31, or Ps much there-
of as may be necessary, is hereby v.ppropriated out of-Emy money in
the general revenue fund not otherwise expended, for the -Pur-pose
of paying the Stuart Roofing Company for daTr:age to Ford tourirlE-
car struck by fire apparatus near I.laryham and CumberlF:nd Streets
about November 12, 1921. _1nd the layor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to drag the city's warrant therefor.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ora.i_nances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance sha11
tale effect and be in force from land after its 1;assage.
