PROPERTY CWN :RS THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 3, 11IDLAND HILLS ALDITION
TO THE CTTY OF LITTLE' ROCK, Alm FOR (71= ? PURPCSES.
WHEREAS, The alley in Block 3, :,,idland Hills Addition, has
never been used and all. of the owners of real estate in that block
have built or will build their residences facing east and west
and the alley, being east and west, is of no further use to them
or the general public; and,
WHEREAS, All of .aid properly owners in said block join in
a petition t, this Council asking that the alley be closed and
the property deeded by the city to the adjacent property owners,
Now, Therefore,
BE IT CRDAINED BY THE' CITY COUNCIL CF THE CT_TY CF LITTLE'ROCK;
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the 'ity's deed or quitclaim
to said alley, conveying said alley, or the strip of ground shown
upon the plat as being an alley, to the adjacent property owners;
and. the Iayor is further authorized and directed to deliver
said deed to the signers of the petition heretofore presented to
this Council.
Section 2. All ordinances and (,artsof ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its bassage.
