An ordinance amending the building code only so as to permit
the erection of a frame Sundr).y School Building at 719 Center Street
and for other purposes.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of hittlP Rock:
Section 1,
The building code of this city and such ordinances as compose
part thereof are hereby amended so as to permit the erection of a
frame Sunday School room with composition roof at 719 Center Street,
the fa-a.ndation thereof to be brick and a clearance between other
buildings to be left of seventeen feet.
Section 2,
Such parts of the ordinances of this city as conflict here-
with are hereby amended or repealed only inso far as to permit the
erection of a building of this type at the above Rdress only.
