ORDINAUCE NO. 2915.
An ordinance appropriating the of 400 .00, or as much thorco-°
as may be neeessnry, to Pa MJ.L, oiler a` for Two Llules
Heretofore Purchased for the Street 2&0=2M Department,
and for other purposes.
BE' IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Ti?E CITY OF LI'_"TLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of "400.00 , or as much thereof
as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any roneys in
the Street or Auto funds, for the purpose of payir , J. L. Copeland
for . two mules heretofore purchased for the use of the Street
C Department, s nc the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby au-
thori2ed and directed to draw the City's viarrant or said! sum, or
such portion thereof as may be necessrxy, payable out of said
funds, making the mvturity of said warrant at such date as in their
discretion may seem to the best interests of the city.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repeale,9 , and this ordinance shall
t =.ke effect and be in force from and after its passage.
