An ordinance assessing the v�:lue of the benefits to be
received by the owners of each of several blocks, lots, parcels
tnd other subdivisions of land within Street Improvement District
%Io. 307 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.

curbing,
guttering
and paving, with
concrete, € spha.ltic concrete, sheet asphalt or with such material
End in such manner as the commissioners of said district shall
determine to be for the best interests of the district, the street
set out- A their (3etition, have petitioned the City Council of
Little ?ock for the construction of s€�id improvement and that the
cost thereof shall be assessed upon the re &l property within said
district according to the benefits received; and

said district equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is

land shall be p_id annually on or before the 15th. day of I.`ay of
each year until the v�hole of st id assessment shall hVve been paid.
The first annual payment shall be made on or before the 15th. day
of "ay, 1922.
S'CTI01 2 :: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith r_re hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passfAge.
