An Ordinance Amending Paragraph No. 2 of Section 2 of Ordinance
No. 876, In Such Manner as to Permit the Kittle Rock
Railway & Electric Company and its assigns to
Pave Between its Rails, and for Two .Feet
on the Outside Thereof , . Upon That
Portion of Its Lines Upon Ringo Street, from 24th Street
to 28th Street, and Upon 28th Street,from Ringo
Street to Izard Street, and for
other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That paragraph No. 2 of Section No. 2
of Ordinance No. 876 of the City of Little Rock be amended by
the addition thereto of the following proviso:
" Provided, further, that said Company or its
assigns are hereby granted permission to pave between the
rails, and two feet on the outside thereof, of that por-
tion of its lines upon Ringo Street from 24th Street to
28th Street, and upon 28th Street from Ringo Street to
Izard Street, with concrete, and to use upon such portion
of its lines such suitable seventy -pound T rail as shall
be adapted to use upon a concrete pavement. ft
Section 2. No other portion of said Ordinance No.
876, or any other ordinance affecting or relating to the Little
Rock Railway & Electric Company or its assigns, shall be modi-
fied, amended or affected hereby, except as herein expressly set
out, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immedi-
ately upon its acceptance,bg the properly authorized officer or
agent of the Little Rock Railway & Electric Company, in writing,
upon the margin of the clerk's record of ordinances.
