AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE REFUND OF t3l.50 TO DR. J. R. DIBRELL
FOR TAXES ERRONEOUSLY COLLECTED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $31.50 is hereby appropriated
out of any money in the general revenue fund not otherwise expended,
to be paid to Dr. J. R. Dibrell as a refund for taxes for the year
1919 erroneously assessed against Lot 3, Block 10, City of Little Rock,
said sum of P'31.50 being the City's portion of said tax so erroneously
collected; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and di-
rected to execute and deliver to the said Dr. J. R. Dibrell the City's
warrant for said sum.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take effect and.
be in force from and after its passage.
