ORDINANCE ITO. 2925.
An Ordinance Permitting the Construction of Sidewalks on the
East Side of North Monroe Street, Between Prospect Avenue
and North I Street, at .Such Grade as May Be Necessary
to Permit a Driveway, and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. Permission is hereby granted A. E. Tree to
construct sidewalks on the east side of North L onroe Street, be-
tween Prospect Avenue and North I Street, on such grade and in
such manner as may be necessary to permit a driveway into said
property, and steps may be used upon said- sidewalks if necessary;
provided, that said sidewalks shall not be constructed higher
than the lots upon which residences on the east side of North
Monroe Street are built.
Section 2. No ordinances .orjparts or ordinances requir-
ing the construction of sidewalks shall be amended or modified
hereby except in so far as to permit the building of sidewalks
in accordance with this ordinance, at the above location only,
and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
