An Ordinance Appropriating the Sum of x'350.00, or as much thereof
as may be necessary, for the Purpose of Installing a Fire
Alarm System in the City hospital, and for other
purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The sum of $350.00, or as much thereof as mYy
be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the
general revenue fund not otherwise expended, for the purpose of
installing a fire alarm system in the City Hospital, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw the
City's warrants for said sum, or as much thereof as may be neces-
sary, with maturities inserted in said warrants as may in the dis-
cretion of the !:Iayor and City Clerk be for the best interests of
the City of Little Nock.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
