An Ordinance Appropriating the Sum of p80,000-0C, or as Much
Thereof as blay Be Necessary, to Pay J. L. Arlitt, C. T. Beale
and J. 0. Gunter for Their Expenses and Services as
Fiscal Agents for the City of Little Rock in Refunding
the Issue of Warrants Due I:iarQh 25, 1922, and
Subsequent Dates, and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUTICIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROM
Section 1. The sum of $80,000.00, or as much thereof
as may be necessary; is hereby appropriated out of any funds in
the general revenue fund not otherwise expended, for the purpose
of paying J. L. Arlitt, J. 0. Gunter and C. 71. Beale for their
expenses and services as fiscal agents Tor the City of Little Rock
in securing the refunding of those issues of city warrants maturing
!aarch 25, 1922, and subsequent dates. And the I.:ayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw the City's war-
rants for such portions of the sum hereby appropriated as may be
due the said fiscal agents from time to time, making such di.stribu -.
tion of said fund mong said parties as may be due the persons

narr.�ed, in accordance with their contracts filed in the iayor's
office, and with agreements heretofore made, and the maturities of
such warrants stall be upon such date or dates as in the discre-
tion of the mayor and City Clerk may seem for the best interests
of the City.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
to e effect and be in force from and after its passage.
