ORDINANCE NO. 2 935.
An Ordinance Fixing the Boundaries for the Paving on Nest 24th
Street from the 'Vest Line of High Street to the .past Line of
7olfe Street, and for other purposes.
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:

Section 1. For the purpose of paving ,'Test 24th Street
from the west boundary line of High Street to the east boundary
line of ?'Wolfe Street, the width of said street between curbs
shall be thirty -six feet, and that portion of said street between
said curbs as herein fixed shall be paved, and the width of said
driveway at-thirty-six--feet, formed by moving each curb as now
located toward the center of the street an equal distance, is
hereby made and confirmed for all time.
Section 2. The property lines upon said street shall re-
main as now fixed by the different plats and bills of assurance on
file in the Recorder's office of Pulaski County, and the remainder
of said street, approximately twenty -five feet on each side of
said curbs, shall be used for sidewalk purposes only.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passe.ge.
