An Ordinance Appropriating the Sure of x'3500.00, to Fay Attorneys'
Fees,in Accordance with Contract ,for Refunding Issues of City
Tarrants Maturing Harch 25 , 1922, and Thereafter.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of x'3500.00 , or as much there-
of as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money
in the general revenue fund riot otherwise expended, for the pur-
pose of paying attorneys for their services and opinion in passing
upon the issue of city warrants maturing March 25, 1922, and such
subsequent issues as may be approved at the same time. And the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw
the City's warrants for such sum or such parts thereof as may be
due from time to time, making the maturities of such warrants
at such date or dates as may in their discretion seem for the best
interestB of the City.
Section 2. All ordinances anti parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
