ORDINANCE N0. 2942.
AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE CI`T'Y
OF LITTLE ROCK INTO A SEoxdER IMPROVEb .NT DISTRICT APrD
DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF, SAID DISTRICT TO
BE KNOWN AS SEVER DISTRICT NO. 89.
7.HEREAS, ten or more owners of real property within the
District hereinafter described have petitioned the City Coun-
cil of Little Lock, Arkansas to take steps toward the ymaking
�,a_gjf$,looal improvementir therein by uilding a sewer to connect
with the existing city sewer system or other independent prop-
er outlet' 4.,t/J-t.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of Little Rock, Arkansas,
Section 1: That Sewer District No. 89 of the City of Little
Dock be and the same is hereby created and established for the
purpose of constructing a sewer to connect with the existing
city sewer system or other independent proper outlet, to be
constructed in the manner and of the material that the Commis-
sioners of said District shall deem for the best interests of
the District; and that said District be designated as Server
Improvement District ho. 89. Said District shall include and
embrace the following described property, to wit:
All of Blocks 1, 2, 3, Union Depot Addition,
Lots 1, 2, 11 and 12, Block 4, Plunkett's 2nd Addition,
Lots 1, 2 and 12, Block 5, Plunkett's 2nd Addition,
All of Blocks 8 and 9 Union Depot Addition,
Block 59 except 114 feet off the north side,
Lots 1 and 12 of :-lock 4, Union Depot Addition.
Section 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the
City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days after the date
of the passage of this ordinance to publish the same in some news-
paper published in the City of Little Rock for one insertion.
