Gentlemen:
Some time ago I obtained permit to remodel a
residence at 916 ,cott Street but at that time neglected tc
¢et permission to construct a garage.
I hereby petition your Honorable Body for pernlis-
i Sion to construct a frame garage with metal or composition roof.
I have all material on hand for the building of this gage, which
material was left over after the remodeling of the residence was
completed.
This garage is to be the entire length of the
lct, providing space for four cars and a private work shop.
Your favorable consideration of this petition
will greatly oblige,

LITTLE ROCK:
Secti cn 1. Permission is hereby granted to
ldr. H. K. Yord to construct a frame garage,with metal or conposi-
tion roof, at 916 jcott Street.
Section 2. No portion of the Building Code,
or other ordinances of the '.ity of Little mock, is amended,
modified or affected hereby except as to permit the construction
of said garage only at the above location, and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
