REMOVE ALL WIRES BELONGING TO IT THAT CROSS TIF BRO1'OVIAY S2REET BRIDGE
BY JANUARY 10, 19231 AND PENALTY FOR VIOLATION.

Section 1. That the Little Rock Railway & Electric Company is
ordered and hereby directed to remove all wires belonging to it that
cross the Broadway Street Bridge and that they be removed not later
than January 10, 1923,
Section 2. That if the said Tittle:ock Railway & Electric
Company, or its successors or assigns, violate this ordinance the
said Company, or its successors or assigns, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof in police court, shall be
fined not less than y25.00 nor more than $50.00 for each violation
of the ordinance. :.Each day in violation of this ordinance constitutes
a separa�e offense.
Section 3. All ordinances, orders or resolutions in conflict
with this ordinance 1t, are hereby repealed.
