That it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to conduct or operate any gasoline filling station or pump in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, without first obtaining and paying; for a, license therefor from the proper Oity authorities. Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation conduct- ing or operating such gasoline filling station or ?pump shall pay a license tnerezor of Twenty -four Dollars per annum, payable two and dolloxs per pump per month in advance for each gasoline pump /each underground oil. pump or filling station.
