AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK INTO A SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO
BE KNOWN AS SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within
that portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter
described have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward the
making of local improvements therein by forming the territory here-
inafter described into an improvement district for the purpose here-
inafter set out:
THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1: That Sewer Improvement District No.
of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby created and es-
tablished for the purpose of constructing, of the materials and in
the manner that the commissioners of said district to be appointed
may deem advisable, a system of ;rains and lat \erals for a sanitary
sewer system to empty into a main sewer intercepter already built
for the property hereinafter described by Sewer Improvement District
No. 81 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance with an
Act of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled "An
Act to Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class"
approved March 22, 1881, and amendments there to; that the boundaries
of said district shall include the followitig property:
All that part of Bragg's Second Addition to the City
of Little Rock lying south of East 21st Street.
All of Blocks 1 and 2 of Barber Avenue Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
All of Blocks 2 and 3 of National Park Addition to the
City of Little hock, Arkansas.
All of Blocks 2,3,4,5,607, and all of Blocks 8,10,11 and
12 north of the right of way of the Chicago, Rock Island
& Pacific Railway, all in Watkins Addition to the City
of Little Rock Arkansas.
All of Blocks 1,2,3, and 4 and all that part of Blocks
5 and 6 north of the right of way of the Chicago Rock
Island & Pacific Railway, all in Rapley Estate, pity
of Little Rock, Arkansas.

SECTION 2: That all ordinances and harts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect a na be in force from and after its passage, and the
City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date of
its passage to publish the same in some newspaper published in the
City of Little hock for one insertion.
